About Tania

Tania is a psychologist and consultant with over 20 years experience providing organisational and clinical interventions with a range of public and private sector organisations. She has also worked extensively with high risk industries and fly in fly out workforces where specialised, tailored assistance is required. Tania is a trusted advisor, able to assist organisations to promote psychological wellbeing as well as implement systems and programs that will protect and support their people.

She has also been involved developing programs to minimise the impact of mental health concerns in the work environment by providing support, advice and training for managers in how to recognise and respond to difficult situations, through early intervention, return to work advice and fitness for duty assessments.

Her professional experience incorporates the following:
