Executive coaching is a professional, one-on-one development process that helps leaders, managers, and executives enhance their performance, leadership skills, and personal effectiveness at work.
Executive coaching is a confidential partnership between a qualified professional and a leader (or high-potential employee). The goal is to support the individual in achieving their professional objectives, developing leadership capabilities, maintaining resilience, and addressing workplace challenges.
Coaching Services
Coaching programs provide a flexible and semi-structured learning format for Leaders to enhance their capability and confidence in the subject matter areas of each coach.

- A confidential, professional and friendly approach
- A leader-focussed objective approach
- An opportunity first to meet and establish objectives and style of coaching that suits the leader
- Regular sessions and on-tap access for urgent/timely advice
- A combination of scenario discussion, input and new strategy/action-plan development
- Be provided with knowledge, tools and approaches related to the objectives
- To develop deep self-awareness of own leadership style, strengths and areas for development
- To be challenged and encouraged, in alignment with chosen actions plans
- To be able to talk about whole-of-life and leadership matters that might impact success
- Cutting through the noise, to provide simple but effective approaches and tools
Optional: a three-way facilitated discussion with the leader and their manager for setting objectives to meet their needs and three-way check-in conversations with leaders and their manager to help monitor and support progress – where requested and indicated.
Coaching Services
Coaching can be provided in short or longer-term packages (a set number of coaching hours) and extended based on goals or needs.
Includes access to:
- a set number of hours of coaching, delivered over weeks or months
- advice from the YES Psychology senior team for urgent issues arising during the process of coaching, and
- relevant assessment and leadership tools within our library of tips.
