About Lisa

Lisa is an expert facilitator and registered psychologist who delivers pragmatic, well-received and impactful programmes. She listens carefully to the needs of her clients and brings a calm, confident energy to her work. She enjoys building trust and creating safe spaces for people to speak and be heard.

Lisa has over 20 years’ experience in the UK and Australia, helping to improve leadership, culture, resilience, wellbeing and engagement in sectors including health, education, justice, and financial regulation.

Lisa has helped create cultural shifts in the way wellbeing is regarded in organisations. Her deep experience in wellbeing includes:

  • establishing an overarching strategy
  • helping organisations move from a reactive to a proactive focus
  • creating a thriving wellbeing champions network
  • delivering personal resilience training
  • creating toolkits for managers to support wellbeing 

With a Doctorate in Organisational Psychology, Lisa has published on stress and coping, mental health, career transitions, transferable skills, and the experience of high-performance athletes. She has published a best practice case study on mental health with the World Economic Forum and reviewed the City Mental Health Alliance’s framework on workplace mental health. Lisa is also a Mental Health First Aider.

Lisa is passionate about supporting mental health and wellbeing in the workplace. She loves seeing how wellbeing programs can improve organisational culture, employee engagement, and team cohesion.
