Appointment as a supplier to the Queensland Government's Workplace Health and Wellbeing Services
We are proud to be appointed by Queensland Government as a supplier on the Preferred Supplier Panel (PSP) arrangement for Workplace Health and Wellbeing Services (Ref: GGS0113-25), under the following two streams:
- Wellbeing Intervention and Response Services
- Wellbeing and Resilience Services
While this formal arrangement has commenced in July 2025. We have been providing services to select QLD Government departments and agencies since 2017.
Overview of Bespoke Services
- Wellbeing Culture, Wellbeing Assessment and Mental Health Strategy implementation; Peer Support Programs (not lived experience); Psychosocial wellbeing and resilience implementation – improving workplace civility and reducing negative behaviours (e.g. bullying/harassment). Employee consultation and intervention support with Working for Queensland (WfQ) results.
- Targeted Wellbeing solutions: Trauma-informed workplaces; Mental Health Leadership: assessing and monitoring staff wellbeing; effective support planning; emotional intelligence and communicating about mental health; leadership through periods of peak performance.
- Specific Wellbeing development services: Executive and leader coaching; Assessment and enhanced wellbeing for high-risk areas and frontline workers; complex scenarios - employee support services.
Services under the arrangement commencing July 2025 include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Resilience and Wellbeing Coaching, for Managers (Executive Coaching) - (incl. self-awareness; self-care; boundary management; vicarious trauma and fatigue management)
- Clinical and/or Professional Supervision for frontline workers - (incl. self-awareness; self-care; boundary management; vicarious trauma and fatigue management)
- Psychosocial Risk Management Consulting services - desktop reviews; gap analysis; recommendations; focus groups for psychosocial hazard identification and employee consultation; incl. summary results
- Leadership training for identifying and responding to psychosocial hazards at work
- Resilience training (and stress management, vicarious trauma) for staff or leaders
- Dealing with difficult behaviours and aggressive stakeholders/customers training for staff or leaders
- Webinars: Mental Health, Wellbeing, Stress Management, Building Strengths, Self-Awareness, Vicarious Trauma and/or Resilience;
- Mental Health Leadership training (incl. recognising signs, responding supportively, referral to support)
- Trauma Informed Practice and Self Care for Resilience (incl. managing boundaries and switching off)
- Peer Supporter Training (Psychological First Aid)
- Online or on-site wellbeing check-in and resilience coaching for teams or Peer supporters in the workplace (incl. self-awareness; self-care; vicarious trauma and fatigue management)
- Building Psychological Safety at Work - training (incl. safe environments, positive behaviour and culture)
